“31. Go easy on…= dùng ở mức độ vừa phải, sử dụng hạn chế không hoang phí. => The boss asked us to go easy on the copier and the paper.
32. Egg s.o on to do sth = thúc giục ai làm điều gì, khuyến khích ai làm điều gì. => He tried to egg me on to walk away with some of the company’s properties.
33. Rub elbows with s.o = nhập bọn với ai => I rub elbows with him to do dirty things.
34. Be at the end of one’s tether = hết kiên nhẫn, hết chịu đựng/ kiệt sức, kiệt hơi/ lâm vào đường cùng/ chuột chạy cùng sào. => If everyone in the company does so, he may be at the end of his tether.
35. Be at one’s wits’s end = trong tâm trạng tuyệt vọng, vô cùng chản nản. => He has already at his wits’ end.
36. Be at loose ends = trong tâm trạng dễ dãi, lúc đang vui. => When someone is feeling at loose ends, we may forget our ill feelings toward that person.
